Drop off delivery is a great way to maximize your event budget. We make ordering simple and straight forward, never adding delivery fees or hidden charges. We will deliver and set up everything you need to entertain any type of gathering. The only thing you need to provide is the table for food to be set upon. Included in the estimate will be the required table size for set up.
Deposits are required to hold any booking date. A booking is not completed until the initial deposit of 30 percent of the total bid is made to Elevated Event Catering. The remainder of the invoice is due the day after your event.
Should it become necessary for the client to terminate this agreement and the event is greater than (30) days out, Elevated Event Catering will refund 100 percent of initial deposit.
If agreement is terminated within (30) days of the event, Elevated Event Catering shall be entitled to retain twenty-five percent of and any additional cost related to but not limited to labor, special orders, or rentals.
If the event is terminated within (14) days of the scheduled event Elevated Event Catering is shall be entitled to retain any deposit paid.
Final guest count is guaranteed (7) days prior to the event. If the agreement is terminated within these (7) days the client agrees to pay the full cost per bid
This is a great way to minimize the cost of your event. Our team will deliver the food to the event and set up disposable chaffing dishes and set up the food station for you. This includes plateware, napkins, and cutlery. There is no aditional cost for delivery service, your only obligation is a table space large enough to present the food ordered. We will provide the footage required for table space in the estimate.
We are mindful that every event has a budget and we try are absolute hardest to keep our cost as minimal as possible. By maintaining a low cost to the consumer we also have to ensure that the event covers the cost of food, labor, and taxes incurred.
Monday – Thursday = $800.00 minimum
Friday – Saturday = $1,200 minimum
Sundays = $1,000 minimum
We do not currently hold a liqueur license to provide the sale of alcohol for your event but we do recommend using Cornhusker Beverage to purchase all the essential items. They provide the off sale licensing for your event and all of the needed materials. They offer a great buy back program for any unused bottles that you would like to return. What we can promise is the staffing of highly experienced bartenders to serve your function. We also have all the required glassware to execute your bar service.
